A full-stack application that helps run the HOBSCOTCH program's research study to improve health outcomes of patients with epilepsy. Coordinators use the web app dashboard to add participants and modify study variables. Participants enroll and use the mobile app to answer daily logs with reminder notifications. A web interface to a trained model to predict if an epilepsy self-managment intervention could improve a patient with epilepsy's depression rating.

Interictal Spike Rater

A desktop application that allows clinicians to grade morphological spikes in patients' brain wave activities (EEG) as either interictal epileptiform discharges (IED) or not. The gradings were used to subsequently train a signal detector to better and quickly identify IEDs in EEGs for other studies.
